| Confluence | Documentation and Knowledge Base | Commonly known as "The Campfire", this tool is our central knowlege base and documentation store, including policies and proceedures. |
| Slack | Instant Messaging, Group Chats | This is where the entire team can talk and communicate. Any form of communication should go through here as it's got integrations with our other tools such as Teamwork. |
| Teamwork | Project Management | This is where any tasks for the people of Tokonatsu will be placed. There will be two to three people to create tasks and will manage these tasks to make sure they are completed. |
| Google Drive | File Storage | This is where all our files are stored in year based folders. Any files that are required for Tokonatsu should be placed here so anyone within the team can view these documents in case something happens. |
| Webmail | This is the email system for those that are using the Tokonatsu Email System. Email addresses for groups and such can be assigned to an external email address. | |
| Invoice Ninja | Invoice Management System | This is the invoice system that is used for setting up dealers, artisans, food vendors and any other payments. |
| Discord | Public Discord Server | This is the Tokonatsu Festival Discord where everyone can participate. Attendees, Staff and anyone else |
| Gitlab | Software Development | This is the Gitlab area for Tokonatsu and other Projects. Used for the developers of the team to update the website, house systems and various other coding projects. |
